Welcome to LIGIMO.com (“LIGIMO”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
To use LIGIMO you must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into binding contracts. By registering you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
LIGIMO connects buyers and sellers through an online marketplace. We provide tools including an escrow payment mechanism to facilitate transactions. LIGIMO does not own, sell, or take title to products listed by third-party sellers unless explicitly stated.
You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful purposes, to list prohibited items, engage in fraud, or otherwise misuse the Platform. Prohibited conduct may lead to suspension, termination, and legal action.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings (descriptions, pricing, product availability). Buyers and sellers enter into commercial agreements directly; LIGIMO is a facilitator and not a party to their contract.
Payments made through LIGIMO are held in escrow until delivery/confirmation criteria are met. We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Paystack). Release of funds follows our escrow and dispute procedures.
We may charge fees for certain services (transaction fees, listing fees, etc.). Fees will be disclosed at the point of sale. You are responsible for any payment processor or bank charges applicable to your transactions.
Refunds and disputes are handled under our Refund Policy. If a dispute arises, please follow the dispute resolution process on the Platform so funds remain protected in escrow while we review the case.
All content on LIGIMO (site design, text, images, logos, software) is owned by or licensed to LIGIMO. You may not copy, reproduce or use such content without our prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LIGIMO and its officers, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to LIGIMO in the 12 months prior to the claim (if any).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or present a safety risk. We may also remove listings that breach policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms with a new effective date. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
